The Puppy Store is owned and operated by Charles Glatz, who relocated the business from Orlando, Florida to Knoxville's Bearden Shopping Center. What started as one storefront has grown into a place families across East Tennessee visit to find their next best friend.

We work with a small group of trusted breeders and welcome customers to spend real, unhurried time with any puppy — because bringing a dog home is a decision that lasts a lifetime.
